Easy Cake-Fried Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups Maida
- 1 no Egg
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Beat the egg and add all the ingredients together with it. Mix well.
- Add water if needed to make a paste like consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Using a spoon, pour the batter into the hot oil each spoon of batter making a cake.
- When each of them turns golden brown, its done and is ready 4 you 2 `njoy...
