250 g Carrot1 cup Sugar2 tbsp All purpose flour (Maida)2 cups Milk10 to Cashew nuts (chopped)3 tbsp Ghee1 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka) For preparing easy carrot halwa, grate the carrot.Then boil flour and milk together in a vessel.Add carrot and sugar to it and stir well.Add ghee to the above mixture slowly while stirring.Fry the cashew nut and cardamom powder in some ghee and add it into the mixture.When the above mixture is cooked well, take it from flame and place it into a flat plate which is covered with ghee.Easy carrot halwa is ready. Serve hot or cool. North Indian
