Easy Chicken Chatti Pathiri is a very famous classic North Malabar snack usually prepared during the Ramadan season. This recipe is simple and easy to do. We need to cook chicken and shred. We can serve this recipe as Breakfast or dinner. While preparing the filling, we need to make 4-5 maida dosas and keep aside and we just have to arrange the egg mixture, top to bottom with the chicken filling cookies. While on the downside, we need to be careful. This is a very delicious and tasty recipe in Kerala. This Chicken Chatti Pathiri must serve hot or warm otherwise its soggy bottom layer. Now we can see this recipe for step by step procedure.
Mix all purpose flour with enough water and salt to make a smooth batter.Make medium size dosas.we dont want to cook the both sides,cook each dosas for 1 minute.
Grease the saucepan with ghee or oil and place over low heat.place the egg dipped dosa in the pan.spread chicken filling evenly over the dosa.dip the second dosa in the egg and place over the chicken filling.repeat the layering for 5 dosas.the top layer should be the dosa.
Pour the remaining egg add add some chopped coriander leaves on its top.cook for 20 minutes in low heat.
Cover the pan with a plate and gently turn the pan upside down,so that the layered dosas will fall onto the plate.now the top part should be placed on the pan.cook covered in low heat for 5 minutes.
