Ingredients: 1/2 kg Chicken; 2 Onion; 1 Tomato; 1/2 cup Yogurt; 1 Bay leaves; 2 Cardamom; 2 Cloves; 1 tsp Ginger paste; 1 tsp Garlic paste; 1 tsp Red chilly powder; Cumin seeds (a pinch); Salt (to taste); Coriander leaves; Oil (as required)

Ingredients

1/2 kg Chicken
2 Onion
1 Tomato
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 Bay leaves
2 Cardamom
2 Cloves
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilly powder
Cumin seeds a pinch
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Oil as required

Instructions

Saute onion in oil and grind it to make a fine paste.
Puree the tomato.
Heat oil in a pan and sautT ginger-garlic paste, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves in it.
Mix in the remaining ingredients and onion paste and tomato puree.
Mix well.
Pour water, coriander leaves and cook it well.
Serve it.
