Ingredients

Garlic

Turmeric powder

tsp
Chilly powder
3
tsp
Coriander powder
1
heaped
Garam masala
powder
Salt
As reqd

Onion
cut into medium pieces, large
2
nos
Tomatoes
cut into quarters, medium

Coconut oil
Curry leaves
A few
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Wash chicken well and cut into medium pieces.
Mix together
onion
, masala powders,
ginger
paste and
garlic
paste.
Rub the above paste onto the chicken pieces and marinate it atleast for 1 hour. 4)Heat up a pan.
Add a cup of
water
along with
salt
and tomatoes. Mix well.
Allow it to boil on a medium flame.
Stir occasionally, cover & cook, till
water
is absorbed & chicken is done.
Heat
oil
in a non-stick pan.
Add
curry leaves
and saute.
Add chicken pieces and gently toss around.
Cook, till the pieces turn brown and all the
water
is dried up.
Garnish with
curry leaves
and coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot.
:- You can add more
oil
, if necessary.
Salt
can be added along with the masalas too.
