Easy Chicken Sausage Roast

Very easy to cook and a delicious item to serve as a starter

  • Boil the chicken sausage.
  • When the sausage gets softer, remove from fire and drain the water.
  • Cut it into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry half of the onions.
  • When the onion becomes soft, add the chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Once that is fried, add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.
  • Fry them till the raw smell goes.
  • Add the cut sausages in the pan and roast it for 5 mins.
  • :- Sausage roast is ready to be served.
  • :- For people who like to eat raw onions, u can add the remaining onions to the pan at the end, mix it gently and remove from fire.

      Usually around 8 to 10 sausages in a pack. Please use around 8 sausages.
