Instructions
  1. Boil the chicken sausage.
  2. When the sausage gets softer, remove from fire and drain the water.
  3. Cut it into small pieces and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry half of the onions.
  5. When the onion becomes soft, add the chopped ginger and garlic.
  6. Once that is fried, add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt.
  7. Fry them till the raw smell goes.
  8. Add the cut sausages in the pan and roast it for 5 mins.
  9. :- Sausage roast is ready to be served.
  10. :- For people who like to eat raw onions, u can add the remaining onions to the pan at the end, mix it gently and remove from fire.

how many grams of sausages ?

Usually around 8 to 10 sausages in a pack. Please use around 8 sausages.
