  • Chicken(cut into small pieces) - 250 g
  • Green chilly(remove seeds if serving for children) - 7 nos
  • Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • For marination: -
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing easy chilly chicken, marinate chicken in ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, green chilly sauce, kashmiri chilly sauce and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel.
  3. Add curry leaves, green chilly and the chicken pieces. SautT it well and cook till done.
  4. Easy chilly chicken is ready. Drizzle the lemon juice and serve hot.
