For preparing easy chilly chicken, first prepare a mixture of capsicum paste, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar and required salt in a bowl.
Add the boneless chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Marinate the chicken pieces for 4 hours.
Remove only the chicken pieces from the marinade and deep fry in oil until the top turns golden in color. Keep the fried chicken pieces aside.
Into the remaining oil, add onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Fry them for a while.
Add the remaining gravy from the marinade and the previously fried chicken pieces to the pan. Cook in low fire for 15-20 minutes.
Easy chilly chicken is ready. Serve hot with fried rice.
