Serve with Indian breads or rice .

Curry leaves

Ghee

coconut oil
For sauting
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Boil dal with
water
in pressure cooker for one whistle.
Use a kadai vessel, heat
oil
, splutter
mustard seeds
and fry dry red chilly and
curry leaves
.
Transfer the cooked dal to kadai and add
turmeric powder
,
pepper powder
and required
salt
.
Cook for two minutes.
If dal thickness is more, adding
water
is recommended.
