Instructions
  1. For preparing Easy Egg Fried Rice, wash the rice and keep aside in a sieve so that all water is drained.
  2. Cook the vegetables using little salt and oil.
  3. Add egg in to it and stir well .
  4. When the vegetables egg and capsicum gets cooked keep it aside closed.
  5. Heat a pan add 2 tablespoon of ghee or oil to it and add onion to it.
  6. Add sufficient salt and rice to it and stir until the rice turns a slight colour change.
  7. Add garam masala stir well and then add water.
  8. Add soya sauce and chilli sauce to it.
  9. Stir well and close it for 15 minutes.
  10. When rice gets half cooked add the vegetables in it.
  11. Stir well and close it for 5 minutes more.
  12. Then its ready to serve .
