Easy Kababs Kababs that are easy to make and eat 1/2 kg Mince meat of beef or lamb1/2 tbsp Dry red chilli (seeds only)3 nos Green chillies (chopped finely)1/2 tsp Red chilly powder1/2 tbsp Coriander powder1/4 tsp Black pepper powder1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (powdered, Jeerakam)1 no Onion (finely chopped)1/2 cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped)Salt (As reqd)1 no EggOil for deep frying Roast coriander powder in a pan, until a nice aroma comes.Mix it along with all the other ingredients, except the oil.Refrigerate this for 30 mins.Make small balls off this mixture.Flatten them in your palms.Deep fry them, till they turn brown.:- Serve hot with ketchup and Indian breads.
