It is a traditional kerala dish we can see in onam and marriage sadyas..It is an inevitable part of kerala sadya.It is a healthy recipe.

- Add curry leaves to this and boil for a minute.
- Add this ground mix to vegetables add little salt and tamarind paste and boil for 4 minutes in a low flame.
- Pour some coconut oil on the top mix all together gently. Now Easy Kerala aviyal is ready to serve.
