Splutter mustard seeds and saute red chilly. Pour this seasoning to the bowl of mangoes and add the fenugreek powder,
Add asafoetida powder and mix it well.
Wanna preserve for a while, you may add some vinegar Enjoy.....Note: No Water required as the salt will squeeze out the water content from the mango. If you are calorie conscious you can skip the step of seasoning, and dry fry the fenugreek along with mustard seeds.Grind it well and add it at the end.
