  • Garlic cloves(finely chopped) - 3 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) -
  • Red chilly powder(A pinch) -
  • Cumin seeds(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
  • Oil - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Egg - 2 nos

Instructions
  1. First heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute well for a few seconds.
  3. Stir in mushroom pieces, red chilly powder and salt.
  4. Saute in high heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and cook until mushrooms are done. Switch off the gas when water content fully evaporates.Beat egg in a bowl and fry well.
  6. Immediately, transfer mushrooms to a serving bowl. Make sure that mushrooms are not overcooked.
  7. You can serve easy mushroom/khombi dry stir as a healthy snack or even as an accompaniment with egg omelet.
