Easy Mushroom-Khombi Dry Stir With Egg

Garlic
cloves
finely chopped
Ginger
finely chopped
Red chilly powder
A pinch
Cumin seeds
A pinch, Jeerakam

Oil
Salt
As reqd

Egg
Instructions
First heat
oil
in a pan and splutter
cumin seeds
.
Add chopped
ginger
and
garlic
. Saute well for a few seconds.
Stir in
mushroom
pieces, red chilly powder and
salt
.
Saute in high heat for 2 minutes.
Lower the heat and cook until mushrooms are done. Switch off the gas when
water
content fully evaporates.Beat
egg
in a bowl and fry well.
Immediately, transfer mushrooms to a serving bowl. Make sure that mushrooms are not overcooked.
You can serve easy
mushroom
/khombi dry stir as a healthy snack or even as an accompaniment with
egg
omelet.
