Instructions
  1. Mix maida,redchilli powder ,coriander powder and salt.
  2. Add 4 spoon of water and mix all together .
  3. Mix it as a thick batter.
  4. Dip mushroom pieces in this batter and fry in oil and keep aside.
  5. Take them out from the oil.
  6. Heat oil in another kadai add garlic pieces,onions,chillies,ginger garlic paste.
  7. Add green chilli sauce ,soya sauce and tomato sauce.and 1 pinch sugar.
  8. Take 1/2 spoon corn flour mix with 1 spoon water and add to this mix stir for 2 minutes.
  9. Add spring onions to this and mix. for 2 minutes.
  10. Add fried mushrooms to this and keep tossing.Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  11. Now delicious mushroom Manchurian is ready to serve with hot rice.
