  • Butter - 50 g
  • Red onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 750 ml
  • Bread(remove sides, cut in small squares and fry in ghee) -
  • Pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing easy mushroom soup, first fry red onion in ghee.
  2. Add mushroom pieces and saute for a while in low heat until mushroom pieces are cooked.
  3. Add corn flour and pour milk slowly. Stir in low flame.
  4. Add bread pieces, pepper powder, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  5. Easy mushroom soup is ready. Serve hot.
