Easy Mushroom Thoran

For preparing easy mushroom thoran, first mix coconut, green chillies, shallots, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt and little oil.

Mix well with hand.

Heat oil in pan, splutter mustard seeds, add red chillies. Add the coconut mixture and fry for 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cover it with a lid and cook in low flame.

Open lid and fry for another 4 minutes and serve hot.

Mushroom thoran, a tasty recipe is ready.
