Instructions
  1. Grind coconut, turmeric powder, chilly powder, water and salt to make a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT shallots in it.
  3. Pour the grinded coconut mixture to it and let it boil.
  4. Once the curry boils break the eggs and add to the curry directly without stirring it.
  5. After 3-5 minutes, mix in the curry leaves and salt if required.
  6. Take it from flame and serve it with chappathi or pathiri.
