  • Oats - 50 g
  • Curd - 3/4 cup
  • Asafoetida powder(Kayam) - 1/4 tsp
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Cabbage(finely chopped) - 50 g
  • Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 50 g
  • Beans(finely chopped) - 50 g
  • Cooked green peas - 25 g
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Grind the oats to a fine powder and mix with curd, kayam powder and required salt.
  2. Make a smooth batter with necessary water and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Take the chopped green chillies, cabbage, tomatoes, beans and green peas in a vessel. Add pepper powder, required salt and mix gently.
  4. Take a tawa and brush with oil. Heat the tawa and spread the oats batter in a thick proportion.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped veggies on top and with a ladle turn the dosa upside down.
  6. Fry both sides of the dosa to a golden color.
  7. Easy oats uthappam, an ideal dish for breakfast with all necessary nutrients is ready.
