Pullissery with
pineapple
and grated
coconut

Pineapple
cut into small pieces

Chilly powder
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
1/2
cup
Coconut
grated
1
cup
Curd
For seasoning:
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
1
tsp
Fenugreek seeds
Uluva
4
nos
Dry
red chillies
cut in half, Vattal mulaku
Curry leaves
Few
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Cook
pineapple
by adding chilly powder,
turmeric
and
salt
.
Finely grind the
coconut
and keep it aside.
Take a manchatti(i preferred this), heat some
oil
and splutter fenugreek, mustard, mulaku and finally
curry leaves
.
Add the cooked
pineapple
into it and saute for sometime. Then add the ground
coconut
and make it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add curd slowly. Remove from fire. If u prefer a sweetened pullissery, add a small piece of
jaggery
.
