Easy Sausage Curry

Boiled sausage in spicy gravy

  • Cut sausages into small pieces. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute garlic followed by onions and green chillies.
  • Saute till onions turn light brown.
  • Add chilly powder, salt and tomato puree.
  • When oil separates from gravy, add the cut sausages.
  • Pour required amount of water.
  • Cover and cook till sausage is cooked well.
  • :- It turns big and fluffy.
  • Garnish with little finely chopped coriander leaves.

    Your recipe helped a first timer like me to cook chicken sausages in indian style and my husband really loved it. but i did add some kasuri methi… it smelled gr8 and it tasted even better.
