Instructions
  1. Make a dough with maida, red chilli powder, salt, asafoetida and butter.
  2. :- The dough should be like chappathi dough.
  3. Make small balls with the dough like cheedai.
  4. Make thin chappathi with that ball.
  5. :- It should be very thin.
  6. Deep fry the chappathis in the oil.
  7. :- Thattai is easy to make. If you need it to be more spicy, add more red chilli powder.
  8. Enjoy the Thattai snack with tea.
