Coriander leaves
as required
Oil
as required

Grinded
Coconut
2
Shallots
1/4

Cumin seeds
1/2
tsp
Mustard
Coriander leaves
as required
Salt
to taste
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Chilly powder
3

Garlic
1/2

Tomato
1/4
pc
Onion
Instructions
Slice all the veggies.
SautT all the sliced veggies except
green peas
,
garlic
, + pc of
tomato
and
onion
, in
coconut oil
.
Add
water
as required and cook the vegetables.
In another vessel sautT mustard, remaining
tomato
,
garlic
and
onion
.
Mix in with the cooking veggies.
Add the cooked
green peas
and mix well.
Add the chilly powder,
turmeric powder
and
salt
.
Mix in the grinded
coconut
.
Add coriander leaves and take it from flame.
Serve it hot.Tastes best with chappathi, porotta as well as pathiri.
