cooked/sliced
Curry leaves

Turmeric powder

Mustard seeds
Oil
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing easy
vermicelli
upma,first fry
vermicelli
in
ghee
.
Cook the semiya in boiling
water
with
salt
.
In a kadai, heat
oil
. Splutter
mustard seeds
, dry chillies and
curry leaves
.
Add
onion
and
green chillies
.
Add
tomato
,
turmeric
and
carrot
. Sprinkle little
salt
.
Add the
vermicelli
and mix well.
Easy
vermicelli
upma is ready.
