Egg Ada With Coconut
Egg Ada With Coconut
An easy to prepare egg ada apt with rice etc.
Ingredients
- 4 nos Eggs
- 4 dsp Shallots minced, Kunjulli
- 1 1/2 tsp Ginger minced
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 2 tsp Curry leaves minced
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Add minced shallots, ginger, pepper powder, grated coconut, curry leaves and required salt to the egg mixture.
- When the bottom side of egg ada is fried, turn and fry the other side too.
