  • Poultry Eggs - 2 nos
  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Butter - 1/2 Cup
  • Maida - 1 Cup
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 2 tsp
  • Ginger - 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes - 2 nos
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Refined oil - 150 ml

  • Ginger - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Put the tomatoes in boiled water for five minutes and peel the outer skin. Remove seeds and discard. Grind the rest into smooth paste.
  2. Add butter to maida and by carefully pouring milk, prepare batter.
  3. Add albumen and yellow yolk of both the eggs into batter and stir vigorously. Now add the tomato paste and salt. Again mix it.
  4. Put a dosa pan on the stove and heat.
  5. Apply two spoons of oil and heat. Pour two big spoons of batter and spread into thin round layer.
  6. Sprinkle little quantity of green chillies and ginger pieces over it uniformly. Fry till light brown. Use more oil, if required.
  7. In the same way prepare as many dosas as possible. Serve hot preferably with coconut chutney.
