Instructions
  1. For preparing egg baji, take the boiled eggs and remove the shell. Cut each egg into two halves.
  2. Take a bowl and stir in all the ingredients: gram flour, corn flour, red chilly powder,ginger-garlic paste and green chilly paste. Prepare a dough using water.
  3. Divide the dough into 16 balls. Add the egg halves into each dough ball and allow to settle for a while.
  4. Meanwhile heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. Add the egg pieces covered with adequate dough, to the oil, one by one and deep fry on medium flame. Remove the bajjies from the oil.
  5. In the same oil, fry curry leaves.
  6. Serve the egg Bajjies into a plate and top them with fried curry leaves.
  7. Egg baji ir ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
