Instructions
  1. For preparing crispy egg balls, first take a bowl and mix the chopped eggs, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt to make a filling.
  2. Soak the bread slices in a little water and squeeze it immediately to remove water.
  3. Knead it slightly and make balls.
  4. Now flatten it on your palm and fill it with the egg-mixture and round into balls.
  5. Place the roasted vermicelli on a plate and roll the balls gently on it to absorb moisture.
  6. Deep fry in oil until golden-brown.
  7. Crispy egg balls are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup.
