For preparing crispy egg balls, first take a bowl and mix the chopped eggs, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt to make a filling.
Soak the bread slices in a little water and squeeze it immediately to remove water.
Knead it slightly and make balls.
Now flatten it on your palm and fill it with the egg-mixture and round into balls.
Place the roasted vermicelli on a plate and roll the balls gently on it to absorb moisture.
