  • Boiled egg - 4 nos
  • Besan - 100 gms
  • Rice flour - 3 tsp
  • Onion(small size) - 1 no
  • green chilli(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Soda powder(a pinch) -
  • Oil(for frying) -
  • Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
  1. Slice each egg into halves.
  2. Mix the chopped onion, chilli, ginger, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  3. To this mixture add 1 tbsp of oil and nicely mix it.
  4. Add besan, rice flour and soda powder into the above mixture and make a batter out of that.
  5. Dip each egg piece in the above batter and fry it untill golden brown.
  6. :- Serve with tomato ketchup.
