Cuisine Kerala Prep Time 20 minutes Servings people MetricUS Imperial Ingredients All purpose flour(Maida) - 600 gm Eggs - 10 nos Butter(As reqd) - Red chilly powder - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Onions - 4 nos Fresh Pepper - 1 tbsp Salt(As reqd) - Oil - Cuisine Kerala Prep Time 20 minutes Servings people MetricUS Imperial Ingredients All purpose flour(Maida) - 600 gm Eggs - 10 nos Butter(As reqd) - Red chilly powder - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Onions - 4 nos Fresh Pepper - 1 tbsp Salt(As reqd) - Oil - Votes: 10 Rating: 4 You: Rate this recipe! Instructions Heat water, salt and butter in a vessel. When it boils and get mixed well without lumps, add Maida to this and mix well. Cook it with hot water and butter. Allow it to reduce the temperature. Add the beaten egg and mix it evenly. With the remaining heat the egg gets cooked. Add chopped onions, chopped green chilly, crushed fresh pepper, coriander leaves and chilly powder and mix well. Make small balls of the batter and deep fry in oil. When it turns to golden brown, drain and remove. :- Serve it with sauce or any chutney. How much water to use.How much butter will b required.what is our requirement of butter. What should b the consistancy of the batter on adding the maida I wouldnt suggest any one to try this.
