  • Chicken stock - 2 tbsp
  • garlic(cleaned and crushed) - ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a pan and add the crushed garlic. Fry well.
  2. Add the chopped chicken, chicken stock, pepper powder and salt. Cook in low flame.
  3. Beat the egg white finely and pour into the boiling mixture and stir continuously.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and serve hot.
