Egg Drop Chicken Soup

Egg drop chicken soup is a creamy ,thick and filling soup. This can be considered as a whole some delicious soup. The cooked chicken pieces are shredded finely and it is a mix with a handful vegetables . The creamy consistency of the soup is by thickening the soup with corn flour mix. finally the beaten egg is poured to the hot soup in strands or drops with help of a strainer and allowed to be cooked in low flame. yummy delicious soup is ready.

Instructions
  1. cook chicken pieces in water with some salt
  2. when cooked shred the chicken pieces and keep aside
  3. in oil saute ginger garlic
  4. now add onion , carrot, and beans with one green chilli
  5. add chicken, soya sauce, and salt
  6. add chicken stalk with some water
  7. when soup boils add corn flour mix to it
  8. now simmer the stove and add beaten egg with a strainer. serve hot
