  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala : 1/4 tsp -
  • Curry leaves - 1 stem
  • Salt(as reqd) -
  • Water - 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil(for frying) -

Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs and then cut into 2 halves.
  2. Make a paste of Chilly powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt by using water.
  3. Add curry leaves into the paste.
  4. Apply a thin layer of paste over the yolk part of the egg.
  5. Fry it in vegetable oil. :- Use only low flame to fry.
  6. :- Egg Fry is ready!! :- Serve the Egg Fry in hot!!! :- Enjoy the Egg Fry!!!
