Instructions
  1. Make a fine paste of the ingredients mentioned under to grind
  2. heat oil in the kadai and temper the cumin seeds
  3. add finely chopped onions and saute it for 5 mins
  4. add tomato and mix well
  5. add Grinned paste and mix well
  6. add red chili powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric powder. mix well
  7. add 2 glasses of water
  8. allow to cook until it become thick consistency
  9. add egg directly to the gravy without boiling
  10. allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  11. Now egg green gravy is ready to serve
