Egg In The Hole
Easy Breakfast - Egg in the Hole
Ingredients
- Bread: 1 slice
- Egg: 1
- Pepper powder: ½ tsp
- Salt: As required
Instructions
- With the help of a cookie cutter or a glass, cut out a slice from the bread.
- Sprinkle a little of this on the bread.
- Heat a piece of butter on a frying pan, when it’s warmed up, place your slice of bread and let it toast slightly for 30 seconds.
- Now, gently ease the beaten egg to the hole. Cook both sides In a low flame for a couple of minutes.
