Instructions
  1. For preparing Egg Molly, first steam cook the eggs in idli mould by adding pepper powder and salt to taste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for few seconds and add chopped onion and green chillies.
  3. When the onion turns light brown in colour add turmeric powder, salt and thin coconut milk. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
  4. Add tomatoes and pepper powder.
  5. Add thick coconut milk and steamed egg, combine well and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from flame before it starts to boil.
  6. Egg Molly is ready now.
