  • Egg noodles - 100 g
  • Chicken Sausage(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
  • Spring onions(chopped) - 1/2 bunch
  • Cabbage(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Broccoli(broken into tiny florets) - 50 g
  • Carrot(grated) - 1/4 tbsp
  • Ginger(grated) - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic clove(crushed) - 1 no
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing egg noodles for kids, first boil the noodles for 5 minutes and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry sausages, spring onions, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, ginger and garlic. Mix the cooked veggies with noodles and mix lightly.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a non stick pan adding little oil and mix with the noodles veggie mix. Mix well.
  4. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and serve.
  5. Egg noodles for kids, a yummy as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
  6. Note: 1)Add salt only if necessary because soya sauce has enough salt in it.
