Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Saute the onions, pepper, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves.
  3. Add the chopped paalak and salt to this and cook for sometime.
  4. Grind this into a smooth paste.
  5. Heat the ghee in a pan.
  6. Saute the chopped garlic till golden brown.
  7. Take out the garlic pieces and add the paalak mixture into the same ghee.
  8. Bring this to boil on a low flame.
  9. Boil the water and add to this mixture.
  10. While boiling, add the egg pieces.
  11. :- Serve hot with chappathi in a shallow dish with the garlic seasoning on top.
  12. :- You can add more eggs/green chillies if you want. :- Plz do not add more green pepper.
