Egg Paneer Paratha

Egg Paratha is one of the wonderful recipe for Breakfast. It is a favorite at our home and I make very frequently. The hot Parathas just off the stove top with a light smeading of ghee on top, tastes heavenly with raitha, pickles or sauces.

Instructions
  1. make a dough from wheat flour
  2. Chop the onion, tomato, capsicum and green chili
  3. in a pan heat the oil and add onion, green chili and saute it until it turn into brown
  4. add tomato and mix well
  5. add capsicum and mix it
  6. add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala and mix well
  7. now add egg and mix it
  8. mix continuously in low flame until the egg get mix well with masalas
  9. now add grated paneer and mix it and turn off the flame
  10. take a small ball from dough and roll in small shape
  11. stuff the egg paneer masala
  12. again roll it
  13. cook in tawa both the side by applying oil
  14. now egg paneer paratha is ready
