Ingredients
  

  • Boiled egg : 2 nos
  • Salt : to taste
  • Spring onion : 1 bunch
  • Green chilli : 2 chopped
  • Ajwain / Carom seeds: ½ tsp
  • Besan : ¾ cup
  • Soda powder : a pinch
  • Water : for mix
  • Oil : to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Remove the egg shells and grate well.
  • Mix spring onion, green chilli, salt, carom seeds, soda powder, besan with little water, in a bowl.

  • Heat oil in a pan, take this mixture and make shape like patties and put it into the oil.
  • Deep fry in both sides of the patties.
  • Remove in a plate and serve with your favorite chutney.
