  • Spring onion : 1 bunch -
  • Green chilli : 2 chopped -
  • Ajwain / Carom seeds: ½ tsp -
  • Besan : ¾ cup -
  • Soda powder : a pinch -
  • Water : for mix -
  • Oil to deep fry -

Instructions
  1. Remove the egg shells and grate well.
  2. Mix spring onion, green chilli, salt, carom seeds, soda powder, besan with little water, in a bowl.

  5. Heat oil in a pan, take this mixture and make shape like patties and put it into the oil.
  6. Deep fry in both sides of the patties.
  7. Remove in a plate and serve with your favorite chutney.
