4 nos Egg1 no Onion (small size)Pepper powder (to taste)Salt (to taste)1 no Green chillies (sliced) Boil the egg. Cut the egg into 8 pices or smaller. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions and saute well until it turns golden.Add salt to this which makes it turn brown faster. Sprinkle some pepper powder and fry for 30 seconds.Add the egg into this mixture and fry well. Keep adding pepper on top of the egg so that the egg is lightly covered with egg.Keep frying.Tips:- Do not over do the stir, make sure the egg is not powdered:-):- The white of the egg and the yellow will be fried and start turning brown.:- Serve on a plate.
