  • Brown bread slices - 4 nos
  • Eggs(Beaten) - 2 nos
  • Tomato(cut into tiny cubes, small) - 1 no
  • Onion(cut into tiny cubes, medium) - 1 no
  • Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
  • Sweet and sour sauce - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Sandwich Cream -
  • Low fat butter unsalted -

Instructions
  1. Mix the onions, tomatoes, green chilly, sweet and sour sauce, pepper and salt and stir well.
  2. Add the beaten eggs to this mixture.
  3. Brush a frying pan with butter and pour the egg mixture fry till dry.
  4. Keep the fried filling aside.
  5. Spread some sandwich cream on to 2 of the bread slices and fill in with the fried filling.
  6. Put the other slice and close the sandwich.
  7. Toast the sandwiches in a toaster and put them in a serving dish.
  8. :- Serve the sandwiches with sliced cucumbers and boiled potatoes.
