Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Potato cooked &mashed
  • 1 cup Mayonaise sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic sauce
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Parsley chopped
  • Olive oil For drizzling

Instructions
 

  • For preparing egg-potato salad, first remove yolks from egg.
  • Chop the egg into cubes.
  • Combine potato, mayonaise, garlic sauce, pepper and salt. Mix well.
  • Mash well the potatoes.
  • Add parsley and eggs.
  • Transfer into a salad bowl. Drizzle olive oil above.
