Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. After cooling down, remove the shell and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add onion and salt. Saute well.
  5. When it turns light brown, add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
  6. Add egg masala, garam masala and pepper powder into this mixture. Keep it aside.
  7. Take out the puff pastry from the refrigerator half an hour before you start preparing the puffs.
  8. Cut each egg vertically into two pieces.
  9. Spread the masala mix onto the puff pastry and place half an egg on top of it.
  10. Rub all the sides of the inner part of the pastry so that it acts as an adhesive.
  11. Fold the puff pastry over the egg and seal it.
  12. Preheat the oven to 400ªF and bake it for 10 - 15 mins.
