Instructions
  1. For preparing Egg Roast, cut onion length wise.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute till it turns golden in colour.
  4. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder. Saute well.
  5. Add boiled eggs and mix well.
  6. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  7. :- Serve with Appam, Chappathi, Pathiri, Pooris etc.
