Instructions
  1. make dough with maida, salt and water
  2. finely chop the onion and capsicum
  3. heat the oil and saute the onion and capsicum
  4. add egg and mix it
  5. add pepper, salt, garam masala, cumin seed and mix it
  6. cook until egg get scarmble
  7. from dough take small ball and roll it
  8. stuff the egg masala
  9. Fold as samosa shape
  10. heat the oil and deep fry the samosa
  11. now egg samosa is ready
