  • Sausage or chicken(small pieces, cooked & drained) - 1 lb
  • Eggs - 6 nos
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Croissants/Bread slices(cubed) - 4 nos
  • Grated cheese - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 no
  • Capsicum - 1 no
  • Mushrooms(chopped = Baby portabella preferred) - 10 -
  • Green chillies/Jalepenos(if you like it spicy) - 1 -

Instructions
  1. Put crushed Croissant or cubed bread in 9÷x 9÷ casserole dish.
  2. Add cooked sausage.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top of bread and sausage.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped vegetables (and chillies, if needed).
  5. Beat eggs and milk together.
  6. Pour over bread mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean.
  8. :- Serve alone or with fresh fruits.

Simple and tasty. I added lots of garlic, pepper and some dried herbs and mushrooms.
