Instructions
  1. finely chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  2. make a small pieces of parota
  3. heat the oil in the kadai and saute the onion for 3 mins
  4. add tomato, green chilli and mix it
  5. add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala and salt and mix well, and 1 glass of water and cook the masala
  6. add egg, mix well with masala
  7. add parota and mix well
  8. allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flames
  9. Now Egg scrambled parota is ready to serve
