Instructions
  1. Grind together coconut, curry leaves, onion and coriander leaves.
  2. Cut boiled eggs into two.
  3. Put the grinded mixture at the top of each egg.
  4. Dip it in the egg white.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the eggs one by one.
  6. Egg snack ready.
