2 nos Egg1 tbsp Coconut2 nos Green chillies2 tsp Onion (chopped into small peices)1 no Shallots (Kunjuli)1/2 tsp Mustard seedsTurmeric powder (A pinch)Black pepper powder (A pinch)1 sprig Curry leavesSalt (As reqd) In a kadai splutter mustard seeds.Add chopped onion.When the onion is fried add turmeric powder and salt.In a mixer, crush the coconut, green chillies, shallot and curry leaves.(This should only be lightly crushed).Add this to the kadai. Mix for a minute in low flame.In a bowl beat the eggs with salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.Pour this to the kadai.Stir well and make it to an egg burgi consistency.Serve hot with rice. Kerala
