Instructions
  1. In a kadai splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add chopped onion.
  3. When the onion is fried add turmeric powder and salt.
  4. In a mixer, crush the coconut, green chillies, shallot and curry leaves.(This should only be lightly crushed).
  5. Add this to the kadai. Mix for a minute in low flame.
  6. In a bowl beat the eggs with salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
  7. Pour this to the kadai.
  8. Stir well and make it to an egg burgi consistency.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
